There’s no good reason why you should feel blood flowing in your veins. You can’t do much with that information, so even if you could feel it, your brain would learn to ignore it.

Feelings are to make you react in a certain way, like if part of you is too hot or too cold or might be broken or might have an insect on it

Veins don’t have nerve endings in them which are what allows you to feel things. If there aren’t nerve endings, you can’t feel it. It would be sensory overload to feel that all of the time.

I feel it sometimes, it took me a very long time to figure out what it was I was feeling, I thought it was a sort of itch for the longest time
