Faucets are rated for a certain flow rate usually in gallons or liters per minute. If that flow is less than the volume of water held in storage between the faucet and water heater then it’s just a matter of simple math to see how long it will take your water to get warm. If the fixture has been used recently then the water might still be warm and if the fixture has an aerator full of debris it’ll take longer.
