How come some new android mobile faces same age old problems like overheating, display issues, fingerprint issues again and again especially when they are from same vendor and with similar software too.

Because sales are still high enough to justify releasing with issues. They have to release a phone each year to stay with the competition and this years phone was designed well before the last years model was released…… Isuues with this model are likey to be addressed in 2-3 generations, granting that they are small in number and nature and will not affect the bottom line.
