1. Streaming and gaming isn’t really an intensive task. There are other things that will stress the cpu and gpu more and create more heat. 2. Pc temperatures tend to even out, they won’t continue to rise exponentially until a pc overheats. 3. Even if the pc was to overheat, the components will throttle themselves which then reduces heat. So as long as the room the pc is in doesn’t keep heating up, you could do anything on a pc basically until it dies.

The heat from a computer is constantly being removed by the fans, there is no reason a computer could not run indefinitely if the cooling is good enough, and there is no hardware failure.

Computers don’t really overheat, when parts get to warm they will start running slower to prevent overheating. If your cooling system is good enough, it can output all the heat generated and the pc can run forever without needing to work slower

Computers don’t overheat. They have cooling systems that remove the excess heat.

Even if the cooling isn’t enough, the components will go into a Thermal Throttling mode, where they know their temperature is too high and they go into a lower output mode where they consume less power. It would be like a cyclist slowing down for a bit while they recuperate.
