How do people who stream games non-stop for months/1 year straight don’t have their PC overheated?

Computers don’t overheat. They have cooling systems that remove the excess heat.

Even if the cooling isn’t enough, the components will go into a Thermal Throttling mode, where they know their temperature is too high and they go into a lower output mode where they consume less power. It would be like a cyclist slowing down for a bit while they recuperate.
