HIV spread from chimps to humans who ate their meat. The thing is, having unprotected sex spreads HIV but not all the time. The highest risk of spreading hiv is through anal sex, which is way more common among gay men. And another risk factor is that gay men also switch their roles. Since the “bottom” has a higher chance to getting hiv from an infected “top” than vice versa.
