I understand owls come out at night ans also are good at camouflage, but where do they go in the daytime? Why have I never seen one in real life???

They chill in trees and other places and will sleep too. Because of the colour of their feathers it’s quite hard to spot them. I’ve seen several owls during my lifetime, but only because someone already told me there’s owls in that particular spot.
