Complete coincidence. Apart from anything else, the earth’s orbit isn’t a circle….
From a maths viewpoint, 360 degrees for a circle works well since it’s easily divisible by 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 40, 60…….But that doesn’t define a circle, which is 2PI RAD
