No, there is no evidence that a broken bone will grow back stronger than it was before once it has healed.

Although there may be a brief time (2-4 weeks) when the fracture site is stronger than surrounding bones because calcium over-deposits and building itself back up. However, healed bones are capable of breaking again, including at the previous fracture site.

Regular training + calcium-rich or vitamin D diet can help maintain or strengthen bones
