Since they deleted my comment I will ho further into detail.

Short answer is no, when you break a bone fully such and needing a cast it gets weaker due to the fact your body connects them back together like sticking a broken stick back together with tape.

It can however get stronger from micro fractures, where the bone cracks very slightly. This will not need a cast but will “fortify” the bone. See mma fighters how they purply do this to strengthen bones.

Some sauce – https://evolve-vacation.com/blog/how-to-condition-your-shins-for-muay-thai/

“Every time you kick a bag hard, tiny fractures or microfractures develop in your shinbone or tibia. Through ossification, the fractured bones are repaired and become denser and stronger as a result because of the new bone tissue created.”

No, there is no evidence that a broken bone will grow back stronger than it was before once it has healed.

Although there may be a brief time (2-4 weeks) when the fracture site is stronger than surrounding bones because calcium over-deposits and building itself back up. However, healed bones are capable of breaking again, including at the previous fracture site.

Regular training + calcium-rich or vitamin D diet can help maintain or strengthen bones
