Since they deleted my comment I will ho further into detail.

Short answer is no, when you break a bone fully such and needing a cast it gets weaker due to the fact your body connects them back together like sticking a broken stick back together with tape.

It can however get stronger from micro fractures, where the bone cracks very slightly. This will not need a cast but will “fortify” the bone. See mma fighters how they purply do this to strengthen bones.
