Putting my hand NEAR the window makes it all misty.

Putting my bare hand near the window, not touching it, makes it go all misty, why is this. It’s only at the top of the window, the window is closed, and it’s not cold in here. I’ve never seen this before and it’s. a bit creepy.

Moisture is evaporating off your hand, from sweat. This increases the humidity of the air immediately next to the window until the window is colder than the dew point, causing the moisture to condense.

I don’t see a video, so I can’t tell you why it’s only condensing at the top of the window, it could be that that part of the window is in the shade, or an air conditioning vent is blowing on that part of it to make that part of the window colder.
