There have only ever been a handfull of water landings with aircrafts and most aircraft does not have any animals on board so this have likely never happened. However if it were to happen the primary concern would be to save the people and not the animals. There are two ways to transport animals in aircraft. One is to transport them in a cage placed in the hull. In the event of an emergency landing of any sort they would be trapped and would have to wait for the rescue crews to find them, if they survive that long. Animals transported in the main cabin would have a better chance of survival as they are in proximity of people and are not as trapped. So they might find their own way out of the aircraft or get helped out by their owners or other passengers. However there would not be much perticular care taken for them as everyone prioritizes other people rather then animals.
