The first number is the intrusion level, 0/1 you can get you hand or fingers in to the enclosure, 6 is dust tight.
The second number is the moisture protection, 0/1 no protection, 8 immersion under pressure so you can chuck it in the lake and water won’t get in. Caveat, there will be a time limit on this.
