K2 is a “brand” name of a Synthetic cannabinoids that are designed to replicate THC. K2 just became synonymous with the whole product kind of like Kleenex is synonymous with tissue even though Kleenex is just a brand name. Spice is just a research chemicals sprayed on paper and sold and there a a TON of different chemicals being used by different makers so no one really knows entirely but it’s bad shit
