You can absolutely consume raw meat in most any quantity you like. Unless it’s infested with parasites or isn’t fresh you will run into no issues whatsoever.

Comparisons to “animals” in general aren’t going to get you anywhere since all creatures on this planet have a unique diet and equally unique digestive system.
