Why do fat people get hungry if they have fat stored in their bodies?

Because our body has no way of knowing that we have a McDonalds right across the street. It still thinks we’re in the Savannah of Africa, distance running our way to a gazelle for dinner. It knows it has energy now, but still needs to guarantee that tomorrow.
