Why do our stomach seems to fill quicker when we eat slow compared to when we eat fast?

Because the satiation effect comes around 15-20 mins delayed, therefore we think that eating slowly makes us fill quicker, though it is the same as eating fast. The disadvantage of eating fast is that you continue eating after being full because of the short time.
