Why do people refer to “Judeo-Christian” values or concepts, when most forms of Judaism and Christianity have very different values and concepts?

There is the Judeo Jewish tradition and
the Christian Tradition. Jews, Muslims , and Christians all worship the same God but there is a basic difference. Christians believe Jesus Christ is the son of God. Christians believe that the Virgin Mary in her act of submitting to Gods will is the new Eve and as a sinless person was able to give birth to the Son of God Jesus. That was the new Covenant. So basically Jews and Muslims dont believe that Jesus is the messiah but Christians do.
