Why do we instinctively want to rub/touch a bruise but not a cut? 473 viewsJanuary 3, 2024 Question90.66K December 30, 2020 0 Comments Whenever we get a bruise, we instinctively want to rub/touch it. When we get a cut, it stings so we don’t want *anything* to touch it. Why do we want to rub/touch a bruise but not a cut? They’re both injuries but what makes them so different? In: Biology 2 Answers ActiveNewestOldest Anonymous Posted December 30, 2020 0 Comments simply, because it only took us touching a cut once to learn it hurts more to touch it and to NOT want to do it again.
