When sleeping, the body “freezes”, the energy stops flowing evenly. But if you sleep longer, some things that work in the body will be biologically biased with “freezing”, which is why you have a headache. By drinking some water, the headache may disappear, because the energy becomes liquid between 4 am and 6 am when we reach the ReM level of sleep – not dreaming – and it start to get firmer as the day gets brighter.
