The disruption caused by external noise halts the bodies natural recovery from the day prior, that if timed right you can wake up with the same positive vigor, however that requires precision timing.

Natural awakenings is the bodies natural progression into being awake, which allows for that endorphin release to get up. Though sometimes it’s not as successful and makes me want to sleep even more
