Why does the “beeep beeep beeep” sound a bit different for every person I call?

Do you mean when the number is called?
This would be because each number has a specific tone. If you still have a landline, the tones tell the routing machines/software what number you are calling. This may be different with cell phones, I just don’t know, but it will be kept for backwards compatibility.
