Why does yawning, make sounds more intense+ (sound louder/more intense)

I’ve never really thought about it before, but why does yawning make everything sound more intense/louder?

Because when you are yawning, due to air pressure, you are not able to hear most of the sound that’s coming…

And once you stop, the sound which you were already hearing sounds louder. And sometimes ppl’s ears also pop after yawning
