Why is our blowing power so strong but sucking power weak, also same with leaf blowers and vacuum cleaners?

It’s not.
P=F/S basically. The smaller the surface, the greater the pressure.

When we blow air out, we usually close the mouth more than when we breathe in. You can do the same breathing in, there is just no point in doing so (where we blow candles, try to eat something too hot, etc…)

Vacuum cleaners and leaf blowers are just different things, there is no correlation.
