Why is walking considered okay for exercise yet standing for too long is considered bad for your health?

Sedentary (stationary) positions and stillness don’t promote blood flow or the burning of calories as well as moving frequently, or active lifestyles such as jogging or lifting weights.

Doing a mixture of exercises is usually better than just doing one 🙂
