Hunger Pangs are terrible for you so I reccomend a doctor.

But anyways when you workout, your body kinda pauses your digestion system. So I’m guessing this is why

Hunger pangs often only last a short while and then go away for a while. This happens in a regular cycle.
So you hunger pang might just be going away by itself and returning at about the same time your work out ends.

Or…
You might be like me and feel the opposite of hunger whilst working out.
