Would having an electric motor have an impact on crash test results compared to the same car with an internal combustion engine?

For example a Volkswagen Golf can be have an internal combustion engine or an electric motor. Would the car behave differently if it would be in the exact same crash test scenario?

I tried researching this but could only find crash tests of electric vehicles which are not available as internal combustion engine and the other way around.

Your best bet might be comparing crash test results for the Hyundai Kona. They make both ICE and EV versions. Also the hyundai ioniq is available as hybrid, plug-in hybrid and BEV.
