If humans can have plastic electronics inserted to regulated their hearts, steel to replace bone, why can’t we simply have wigs surgically attached to us when balding?

Unless the hair is actually growing what is the benefit of a wig that is attached surgically? I think it doesn’t exist because a regular wig does the job with almost no risk, and the rewards of a more permanent way to attach the wig are not worth the risk.
