It is physically possible to do something like that, but it’s better to have surgery in order to just get a hair transplant because a surgically attached wig is just way more cumbersome for no reason. Plus, with hair transplants you feel like you’re actually growing hair, whereas having to wear a wig, surgery or not, still has that sense of internal shame and annoyance, which is why most people don’t like balding in the first place. Put simply, it’s impractical.
They could do it the way some piercings are made. Where they put a piece inside you and that part has a bit where you can then literally screw in the piercing.
Friend of mine has/had a piercing like that in her teen. So why not something similar for wigs?
We already put screws in skulls so not much of a change in the screw department only what they are used for.
