What makes a song more prone to be stuck in someone’s head? What about it makes it catchy in that way?

It has to do with intervals that are universally pleasing to the human ear and repetition. The song that gets stuck in my head most often is locked out of heaven by bruno mars. I fucking hate it because its such a common chord progression (vi- IV- ii- V) and is extremely catchy.
