Not gonna takd the time to find the research to cite, but i think this is from notmilk.com

I read a long time ago that we dont actually get calcium from milk. It’s present in milk, but the enzyme necessary to make it usable goes away after infancy. Makes sense. When there were no refrigerators, as human evolved, we only drank milk, like any species, as babies.

We get calcium we can use as adults through other foods like broccoli.

No. There is a certain maximum amount of strength that our bones can reach due to the inherent properties of the minerals that make them up. The problem with metabolizing not enough calcium is that our bones get small holes in them which weaken the entire structure. It’s like if you take the wooden frame of a house and drill a bunch of holes in it: the beams will buckle under the weight of the rest of the house. Getting enough calcium can reduce this effect and keep our bones relatively solid, but they will never get stronger than the minerals can handle.

Damn good marketing the milk industry did to get an entire population to believe it makes you stronger. Dead serious.

And to answer your question… no.

Milk doesn’t really make your bones strong. Calcium helps your bones stay strong, and milk has calcium. If your body doesn’t have enough calcium, it starts taking calcium from your bones, which weakens them. If you don’t have enough calcium, your bones get weak, but you can’t get extra strength from extra calcium.

If you want stronger bones you need to give you body the signal that you need them. Heavy weightlifting will do that, it has even been proven to reverse Osteoporosis.

You can not become unbreakable, there is a limit to everything, but you will be less like to break your bones. If you lift you will not only gain stronger muscles and bones and a beyter metabolism, but you will also get better control your body which makes injury less likely.

Everybody should lift.
